We are happy to exchange your jewellery for another item within 30 days of receipt, provided that the jewellery has not been worn, used, or damaged, and you bring the receipt. Money cannot be refunded; it is however possible to get a voucher.

Special-made or customized items or items that have been adjusted in size or length cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
